Raynaud's Syndrome causes blood vessels, primarily in hands and feet, to narrow in response to mild cold and stress.
People with Raynaud's primarily experience cold and painful hands that will turn pale, white, or blue even on warm days. In severe cases, it may cause tissue damage or death due to lack of blood flow.
There is no cure. People with Raynaud's should avoid triggers and will benefit from wearing gloves and active heating devices such as the Toasti Heated Mouse Pad.
